liberates from the metronome dictate we've been in for ages - pretty much since the first pre-DAW midi sequencer - with the new tempo detection tool ( I must give a honorable mention to Reaper & the SWS extensions that allowed to do some decent tempo detecting, without too much hassle )
What I truly love about it, is how it shifted from being a problem solver ( mono- & polyphonic pitch ) mostly, to a creative tool that : Hi Jason, indeed it has propelled itself as an incredibly useful tool since v4, and the tempo detection feels like IA, insanely good. So, I really think it would be just awesome to have that RNA or whatever it is in reaper.Įither way, melodyne has really stepped up it's game with this release! Even without direct access, it's an unbelievably even BETTER tool than it was before.
